Hawthorn Class led worship in front of the whole school and a large group of parents and family members and this was a lovely opportunity for them to share their learning about the Anglo Saxons.  Our theme for the half term has been 'justice' and this linked perfectly with some of the children's learning about Anglo Saxson systems and how important the promised word was.

The children shared their Anglo Saxon shields, building and weaving - there was so much creativity to celebrate.  Another highlight was the water cycle rap - what a great way to learn and understand the vocabulary related to this scientific process.

Thank you to all the children and staff for being such fantastic ambassadors for our school, presenting their learning with pride and enthusiasm and for being a great team.

Here are some photographs from the assembly and from lessons in class.  We hope you enjoy them.
